Website manager

The webmanager is responsible to update the website. An account needs to be created for them through the central team. We're using silverstripe and the website is hosted by the international team, this is the link:

Responsibilities

​

• Add the team members to the websites. This can be edited throughout the year if necessary

• Before the website goes live, all talks, events and speakers need to be added and linked, see the website helper for details

• The website is hidden until the central team makes the page public, after it has been proof read by the central team

• Monitor the ticket sales and provide this information to the city team

• Export the guest list prior to the event
