National Sponsors: We negotiate national sponsorships and will utilise the money for things that all cities benefit from, such as merchandise, the website fee and brand licencing. Each team in the different cities benefits proportionally to their size.

Local Sponsors: If you'd like to have a budget for your local events, please find local sponsors to support your city. Often Universities and institutes have a public engagement budget that they're happy to spend on events like ours, just ask! Local businesses and connections you already have may also be a good starting point! Please inform before starting to negotiate a local sponsor via Slack.

If you would like to offer your sponsors something in return that affects the central organisation, such as a logo on the website or a thank you using our central social media accounts, you must involve the central team before you enter negotiations. We need to make sure that our offerings are similar across the country, so we are fair to all sponsors.
