For whom?

Sometimes it's a bit easier to communicate face to face, but we're not all in the same place. We're using skype between all participants on an as needed basis.

Who is in charge?

If there is a need for direct communication, the participants need to connect ahead of the call, everyone is responisble to make their skype details available to the meeting organiser.

As an alternative, feel free to use appear.in for up to 4 people at the same time, no login and profile required!

 

Slack also has a call function that can be quite useful!
